We run 3-4km at a VERY slow, sabai pace, ensuring minimal suffering for everyone. 🏃♂️😅
And if you're up for a little challenge, there's a small sprint at the end of our sabai run to give you that much-needed dopamine boost! ✨
Come for the run, stay for the coffee and connections. ☕️💙
