The Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya is a newly built luxury resort with excellent facilities, attentive staff, and a serene atmosphere ideal for relaxation, though it comes with very high prices for food and beverages and limited activities beyond the beautiful pool area and ocean views. While the modern rooms, clean surroundings, and baby-friendly amenities make it a comfortable stay, the isolated location, small beach, and slow service at times may deter some guests from returning despite its overall appeal as a peaceful getaway destination.
